Early Life :
Mandhana born in Mumbai but when she was Two years of age her family moved to sangli, Maharashtra. She completed her education in Madhavnagar, Sangli. Her father works as Chemical Distributor. Her father and brother both are district players. She was inspired from her brother Sharavan. At the age of nine she was selected for Maharashtra's U-15 Women's team just after 2 years at the age 11 she was selected for Maharashtra's U-19 Women's Cricket team
Domestic Career :
She debuted in domestic against Saurashtra with stunning 155 runs. In October 2013 playing against Gujarat, She became first Indian womes to Scored Double Hundred in One Day Game. She scored 224 runs in just 150 balls in West Zone U-19 Cricket tournament at Alembic Cricket Ground, Vadodra, Gujarat.
International Career :
T-20 Career :
After her stunning performance in Domestic, she debuted in T-20 for women's India on 5 April 2013 against Bangladesh. In 2018 Mandhana scored her first Fifty in T-20's against Australia. She also captained India women's in Three T-20 matches against England in 2019. At the age of 22 Years and 229 days, She became the youngest women captain of Indian women's history for three matches. In 2020, she was also the part of Indian women's T-20 world cup Final team.
One Day Internationals (ODI's) Career :
She debuted for national side on 10 April 2013 against Bangladesh. In 2016 Mandhana scored her maiden hundred ODI hundred against Australia at the Ballerive Oval in Hobart, Australia. In 2017 mandhana was part of Indian Women's ODI World Cup team. India lost that match by 9 runs.
Test Career :
She made her debut for India in Tests on 13 August 2014 against England at Wormsley Park, England. She played crucial knocks to win that match for her team. She scored 22 and 51 runs in successive Innings. Mandhana and Thirush Kamini shared 76 runs opening partnership while chasing 182 runs.
T-20 league's Career :
In 2016 Mandhana signed a deal with Brisbane Heat in Women's Big Bash League, Australia. She became one the of Two Indian womens to signed for foreign leagues. She played Two seasons for Brisbane Heat. In 2018 she named in Hobard Hurricane squad for Big Bash.
In June 2018, Mandhana signed for Western Storm in Kia Super League, England. She became the first Indian women to play Kia league.

In 2019 she became third fastest women cricketer to score 2000 runs in ODI's.

Mandhana holds the record for Fastest Fify in T20's for Indian women's (24 balls).

In 2016 Mandhana became the only Indian Women Cricketer to be named in the ICC WOMEN's team of the year.
