Early Life :

He was first found in 2003 When he was invited for MRF pace foundation at Chennai by the selector Kiran More, even before playing for Gujarat. He impressed Australian Legends Dennis Lillee and former captain Steve Waugh with his pace. 

Domestic Career :

In 2003 he was signed by Mumbai Ranji Team on a transfer Deal. He was signed with the help of Sachin Tendulkar. He represented Mumbai before his native state Gujarat. He was transferred for Maharashtra in August 2005

International Career :

Test Career :

In 2006, Playing a match for Board President 11 against England in a practice match. He took 10 Wickets. For his brilliant performance he was selected for 2nd Mohali Test against England. He had dream start of his careee. He took 7 Wickets in that match, Including 4 in second innings.

One Day Internationals (ODI's) Career :

After impressive performance in Tests he was included in ODI squad as well, against England. He made is ODI debut for India on 3 April 2006. He was involved in indias famous win against South Africa, India won that match by 1 run. He was also part of India's 2011 ODI World Cup.

Indian Premier league (IPL) Career :

In 2008 He was signed by Rajasthan Royals in IPL. He played first three IPL seasons for Rajasthan Royals. For Fourth edition of IPL Mumbai Indians signed a deal with him. He played three seasons for Mumbai Indians. In 2014 no one interested to bid on him as he unsold on base price of 10 Lakh. Later In 2017 he played only One season for Gujarat Lions.

He never got to much popularity, But surely he was Indias Unsung HERO.
