There are Three formats of Cricket Matches played at the International or in Domestic level. Test Format, One-Day Format, Twenty-20 Format. All these matches played under International Cricket Council.
Let's discuss the formats.

Test Format:

Test Cricket started In 1877, First Match played between England and Australia. For playing Test Cricket players Need to have mental and physical health. Patience is a key in Test cricket. As Test Cricket played for Five days, Almost 90 or more overs game played in a day. Players wear White dress and Red ball used to play for day games And Pink ball for Day-Night Games. For making Test Cricket more innovative, ICC started a Day-Night Test matches in 2015. There are very few restrictions on fielding in Test cricket.
Let's see how it is played.
Team X & Team Y playing a match. As Test match played for Five days, Each team have to play 2-2 Innings maximum to produce Result. Bowling Team necessary to bowl 90 Overs a day.
If Team X batted first they have to scored as much as they can with unlimited overs. In other side Team Y has to bowl them out before they score huge amount of runs or before they declared the Innings.
If Team Y scored more runs than X team, That means they are taking Lead in that innings. If Y Team scored less runs than X Team, That means they are trailing in that Innings. If Y Team trail by 199 or more runs, Then team X has to decide who will bat again.
If Team X comes to bat in Second Innings, Then they have to set a target to team Y. If Team X decides to Enforce The Follow-On (second team trailing by 199 or more runs than Team x decides who will bat again), Then Team Y has to bat again. If Team Y failed to score more runs than Follow-On Runs, Team Y Looses that Match By Innings and some runs. If Team Y scored more runs after Follow-On, That means Team Y is setting Target to Team X.
If X Team failed to score that Target, Then Team Y wins, Else Team x scored that target They wins.
There is Second Scenario as well, Team X scored Runs. If team Y scored more runs than Team X, That means they taking a lead. If Team X failed to Score that lead, Then Team X looses the match by Innings and runs. If Team X score that lead, Then have to set a Target to Team Y.
If Five Days finished without complete of 2-2 inning, Then match Result is draw.
