After so much delay and confirmation from the UAE, BCCI announce the final dates. IPL will start from 19 September and Final will played on 10 November. Probably IPL governing body wiill meet next week to BCCI for approval of final schedule.
When BCCI confirmed the venue they decided the probable window for IPL is 26 September. But soon after IPL team india will have to leave for Australia. As per Australia government rules team will have a quarantine for 14 days. For that BCCI decided to start IPL in one week advance.

IPL Teams needs time to train for atleast one month for long 51 day IPL schedule. Teams will fly to UAE likely on August 20 so they get almost a month to train themselves.
