South Africa's new format to the world, "3 TEAM CRICKET (3TC)"

After long break of Three months due to coronavirus outbreak, South Africa Cricket resuming there campaign with new format of game i.e. " 3 TEAM CRICKET (3TC) ". South Africa is starting there campaign with an exhibition match called solidarity cup on 18 July at Centurion. This will be a interesting Format to watch as these match will be played between three teams. AB de Villiers, Quinton de cock, And kagiso rabada captaining this sides in there first ever '3TC' Cricket match. On 26 June South Africa cricket announced the dates after approval was granted by minister of Sports Arts and Culture the 'Honourable Nathi Mthetwa'. As these match will be played between three teams rules have been totally different than other forms of cricket.

Official broadcaster of this match is supersport, But in india star sports broadcasting the match.

Three teams will be, Kites which will be lead by  Quinton de cock, Eagles will be lead by Ab De Villiers and Kingfisher will be lead by Kagiso rabada. 

Graeme Smith the director of Cricket South Africa believes these new format will bring excitement in the game.

Three Teams Will Be :

AB's Eagle : Ab de Villiers (captain), Andile Phelukwayo, Lungi Ngidi, Aiden Markaram, Kyle Verreynne, Rassie Van Der Dussen, Junior Dala, Sisanda Magala.

Quinny's Kites : Quinton de Cock ( captain ), Anrich Nortje, Temba Bavuma, David Miller, JJ Smuts, Dwayne Pretorius, Beuron Hendricks, Lutho Sipamla.

KG's Kingfisher : Kagiso Rabada ( captain ), Faf du Plessis, Tabraiz Shamsi, Reeza Hendricks, Chris Morris, Heinrich Klasen, Janneman Malan, Glenton Stuurman.

Rules For Playing '3TC' :

Match will be played between Three teams. Each team consists 8 players.

Match played in 2 halves of 18-18 overs. Total match will be of 36 overs. Each team will play 12 overs in a match and 6-6 overs in Two halfs against both opponents.

Each team have One new ball for all 12 overs which cab be used for both opponents. Maximum of Three overs allowed to bowl.

Starting position determine by draw. Teams can be rotate from batting to bowling to dugout. For the second half teams order decide on highest score of first half. In case score can be tied, Then the order of first half reversed.

If team looses all seven wickets, Then last batsman can bat alone. But he will be able to score in even numbers of runs.

If team looses all seven wickets in first half, Then in second half  last batsman resumes the innings all team forfeits for the remaining part of the second half.

Result will be declared on which team have more runs.

The team scored most runs that team awarded with the gold, Second team with silver and Third team with bronze.  If top two teams tie with the same runs super over took place for gold. If lower teams tie for the second position they awarded with the silver. If all three teams tie with the same runs all awarded with gold.

There will be 90 overs fomat as well each team consists of 11-11 players. Match will be of 90 overs. Match played in Two halves of 45-45 overs. Each team played 15-15 overs in 2 halfs.

Maximam of 6 overs allowed to bowl for 1 bowler.

Other rules are almost same. 

Yet there is no announcement on when 90 overs match will be held.
