Each season of IPL is filled with fullof controversies, and many records are also made in it. For cricket fans, I want to share some of the interesting facts about IPL that you neither know nor will you get such information from outside. 

1) IPL is such a cricket tournament in history that together with four field commentators took part. This happened in the IPL 2015 tournament. These commentators are Anjum Chopra from India, Lisa Stalekar and Melanie Jones who is from Australia and Isha Guha is from England. This four commentators have been a former cricketer of their country. 

2)There are two such cricket players who have played with six teams in their IPL career. This player is Parthiv Patel who is an Indian player and Aaron Finch is the Australian cricket team Parthiv has played for Chennai Super Kings, Kochi Tuskers, Deccan Chargers, Sunrisers Hyderabad, Royal Challengers Bangalore and Mumbai Indians. Aaron Finch has played for Rajasthan Royals, Delhi Daredevils, Pune Warriors India, Sunrisers Hyderabad, Mumbai Indians and Gujarat Lions.

3)Do you know which player is the man who won the Man of the match most often in the IPL series? The answer is Yusuf Pathan who is also India's most aggressive and destructive player. And he is fully capable of turning the match into his own innings. 

4)For second Gautam Gambhir have the worst record in IPL Gautam is one such player whose names have highest ducks in IPL history which are higest among players.

 

5)Do you recognize Ness Wadia? Kings 11 is co-owner of Punjab Ness Wadia and they have 23% share of this team. Ness is also associated with Preity Zinta. You must not know about Ness, That Ness is from the family of Muhammad Ali Jinnah who founded Pakistan. Ness is the nephew of Muhammad Ali Jinnah and Maryam Jinnah.

6) Mumbai Indians have the highest winning percentage in IPL. MI played 140 matches, won 80 and lost 60 matches and the total winning percentage is 57.14%. And other side Delhi Daredevils has lost most matches. Delhi Daredevils has has won only 56 total matches and has lost 74 matches.

7)while talking about cricket and Dhoni should mentioned in anyway. MS Dhoni has been the most successful captain in IPL history, who has won more than 80 matches. Dhoni's success rate is 60.93 which is the highest in IPL. Any team that Dhoni has captained, has reached the semi-finals so far except pune warriors.

8)Chris Gayle has won the title of Man of the match for 15 times in the IPL 4.

9) It is believed that the total value of IPL in 2009 was $ 2.01 billion, which increased to $ 4.13 billion in 2010 It is estimated that by the Brand Consultancy "Brand Finance" of England. In IPL there is no effect of the age difference of the players. here is the example, In 2015 when the team of Rajasthan Royals and Royal Challengers Bangalore played against each other. Rajasthan Royals had Praveen Tambey which who were 44 years old Of the same, the Sarfaraz Khan of Royal Challengers Bangalore was only 18 years old and the difference between the two players was 26 years old. And they are from same cricketing team in domestic Mumbai. In the same way there are many players in it the difference between age is very high.
